You can copy, share and adapt them, including commercially, if you credit \"wealthtech.dev\" and link to the page or record you used where you can.\r\n\r\nUnderlying SEC data is a work of the US government. Our definitions, notes and structure around it are covered by the license above.\r\n\r\nShort quotes from vendor pages appear as evidence for facts. They remain their authors' work and are included so you can check the source.\r\n\r\n## The API and machine-readable files\r\n\r\nThe [JSON API](/api/v1/openapi.json), Markdown and JSON versions of pages, and [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) are free and need no key. Please stay under 10 requests a second and cache responses; data changes at most daily.
